Card

Hi, When adding my card it says it’s already on another account. It may have been added to my partners but this was removed ages ago. Can someone advise how to resemble this please as I need to add my card to my account? Thanks Dean

Thanks for your question! I would first recommend that you ask your partner to double-check to make sure that the card is not active on their account. That would be an easy mistake to make. 

Other than that, you may need to contact PayPal customer service to see where the card is being used in the PayPal system. Please keep in mind that a card can only be added to PayPal a maximum of three times, so adding it and removing it should be done as few times as possible.
