Card confirmation code won't show up, can't verify card

I'm trying to verify my card. PayPal charged me 200 yen on my card, and it appears on my card statement. However, it does not show up as PP*1234CODE but instead a random string of numbers. I can't find the code.

 

Will PayPal refund me the money? How can I verify my card? Thanks for any help.
