I'm trying to verify my card. PayPal charged me 200 yen on my card, and it appears on my card statement. However, it does not show up as PP*1234CODE but instead a random string of numbers. I can't find the code. Will PayPal refund me the money? How can I verify my card? Thanks for any help.
