Hello, i have problem with my card, when i try to transfer funds from paypal to my card it says Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method. Now, before few month i used same card to send some money to friend via same card and same account i tryin now..any solutions? Also when i go to Wallet it says link new card and my card dont appear there at all.
