I'm unable to withdraw my money to my bank account as it keeps saying my cards don't allow immediate transfer. This means I'm unable to make my balance zero to close my account. I've sent PayPal message and hope they can help resolve this. I would like to at least be able to send the money to my friend but it's not letting me do this.
