Cannot link credit card

I am getting this message for days now and I am getting annooyed. We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
I have linked several cards in the past. What os going on here?

No, it was not helpful. Nothing from what they provide was my issue. And why I cannot call them from my mobile? I tried earlier on my normal phone TWICE, but I got an automated message "All our lines are closed, please visit paypal.com".

Normally folks say thank you for replying and then if the link was not helpful i would offer other suggestions.

But i am not going to give up my time to someone who just states it was 'not helpful' and then asks more questions so good luck and bye.

After many years on this forum I can pretty much suggest most answers to problems on here.
