Cancel a withdrawal that is pending

I need to cancel a withdrawal that I requested that is still pending. How do I do that

Generally you can't cancel a withdraw but call customer service to see if they can, no guarantees, though:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

They are closed till the morning can anyone help me cancel it now or do I have to wait till the morning

I have the same problem. I have accidentally withdrawn money to an old account of mine that is no longer active and need to cancel the transaction whilst it’s still pending. I have messaged PayPal online with no replies what so ever and there phone lines are all closed due to Covid. Have also rang the bank and advised to contact PayPal to cancel the withdrawal. 
if anyone has any advice on this would be great.

If the bank account is no longer active then the funds should bounce back to your paypal account balance.
