Last night I tried to transfer funds to my debit card as usual and PayPal wouldn't let me or link my cards to withdrawals. I phoned them today they said it was because my card was using the long number which is only for purchases but it worked a few weeks ago to do this. I deleted this card tried adding it as a bank with the account number won't let me as this card has been registered by long number. Totally stuck and those at the call centre didn't have a clue very frustrated with paypal
