There is no customer service. The phone line is only a machine which doesn't address the problem and there is no way to talk to a human being. Nobody returns emails. They won't allow me to transfer my received funds into my account. No reason. Same senders and same amounts as previously. Seriously **bleep** off.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Facebook message only has the same limited choices with standard answers that don't address the issue. They now have my money that I need for a week and no resolution to the problem. It would be wonderful to talk to a human who can solve this problem. I trusted you.
There are funds deposited by established senders. They have used this system for a long time with no problems previously. The funds are there, Paypal won't let me transfer them to my account now.
