Can't verify my bank account, max attempts?

I'm a Twitch.TV streamer, and I got some recent donations from some people on stream, and for the past week I've been trying to verify my bank account, and its been a thorn in my side to do, I'm pretty sure I hit the max attempts to verify my bank account and I don't know how to reset it at all.

All you do is get the code from your bank statement > go to your paypal account and imput it next to the bank you are confirming.

If you manage to imput the code incorrectly x3 times !! then you would need to contact customer services as there is no automatic way to re-set it.

They can add it for you but may request you to upload your bank statement as proof you own the account as the code system was too hard for you.
