I have some problems with transfer money to a credit card.
I transfered 49.99$, but I can not transfer over it. Can somebody helps me with that? I'm from kazakhstan. I tryied to call callcenter but they said that US can't help me. So who can? May be you can tell me a correct number for calling right support team or whatever helps me with this problem.
