Is anyone else able to transfer from their PayPal to a debit card or bank account? I’ve been trying all day and getting declined, followed by the roundabout by PayPal reps. They kept insisting it was a problem on my side, which I doubt considering I’ve tried multiple cards. My account has no limitations and I have bills due tomorrow. I really don’t want to have to go through the legal trouble of suing them for the hit my credit report will take, as well as the late fees. I can’t tell my landlord that “PayPal is messed up”.
