Dear all,
I am trying to Add money to my Paypal account via IDEAL and Malwarebytes, my anti-malware program, keeps flagging it down as a phishing site. While I could of course turn off Malwarebytes as I perform my transaction, I am a little wary as to why Malwarebytes flags it down as a potential phishing site. I have been a user of Malwarebytes for quite some time now and it is only now that it flagged the IDEAL top-up page as a potential phishing page. Can somebody tell me if I am just being paranoid and that there is nothing that I should be afraid of when accessing the top-up page via IDEAL?
I have attached a screenshot of Malwarebytes blocking the top-up page.
I would be very grateful if somebody could help assure me (or discourage me) that this is just a case of my Malwarebytes overreacting. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
