I'm trying to send money to a friend in the US from Canada, even though I have my credit/debit cards already linked, paypal asks me to link again when I try to send money, but after i enter all the info. nothing is linked.
I also tried to add money to my paypal balance but it wouldn't work either.
I have already extended my credit limit, my debit balance should also cover what I want to send.
