Hello everyone,
So I've successfully been making deposits using PayPal to IG UK Forex on their website. However I am having an issue with withdrawals. Whenever I attempt to make a withdrawal from my IG UK account, the transaction is reversed. I contacted IG UK who helped me and were very professional, but they told me it is PayPal that is rejected my transfer back to my PayPal account. As a test, I deposited $300 to IG which was successful, but when I tried to withdraw it, it failed. The withdrawal request simply reverses and doesn't send my money back.
Anyone know why PayPal would reject this? I have a personal account, and it is verified. Card details and address match for both PayPal and IG UK account details.
