I can't add money to my paypal wallet I was trying to pay to a website but when I go for payment it shows me add card even though I already have a card added as well as set it to primary payment option it still shows and even after I added again nothing happens so i tried to add money to wallet but when I click on transfer funds it shows there is nothing to transfer right now how do I add money
