I received some money from paypal but it doesn't show in my paypal balance and has not been credited to my account either. I don't know why this is happening. I see the money in summary that it came in but I don't know where it is. Can someone explain to me what I should do please?
Thanks for asking your question. I understand that you are not able to see the amount you received on your balance. I would advise also checking your transaction log for any payments that you made. When you make a payment we will use the PayPal balance first. If you made a transaction after receiving a payment the amount might be used. In a lot of cases the money has been used for sent payments.
