Touble in adding bank account

I have closed my previous bank account. But I had only one paypal . I never had linked my bank account three times with PayPal. So how it can possible that my bank account is not accepting this time. I don't have another bank account to link with PayPal . So please help me to sort out this issue.

If its none of those then you would need to ask customer services to help you link it.
