Can't Link Bank

Whenever i tried to link my bank, it shows "PayPal Server facing some difficulties please try again later" (something like this) . Please help to get my bank account linked

I am also having the same problem. My account is brand new, so it is not linked elsewhere, is a US bank, and I have tried on different devices.
