yes it is verified already. i linked my bank account before, but paypal removed it due to an unknown reason. and now i tried relinking it but it says declined. i dont know why. all details are correct. and i cant send payment already using my paypal balance. all banks are closed and no over the counter transactions i dont know what to do i need to send that money for emergency!
