I made a business agreement with a customer
I created a payment bill that was due from 4-12-2020 and the customer made the payment on 4-16-20-20
The surprise was when I found Paypal detained and suspended the amount paid by the customer
The most complicated thing is that it will take more than 7 days, and this is very difficult
And I have finished the project with the client since April 4-2020
Why did Paypal withhold the money and there is no reason for that
Please advise and find an immediate solution, if possible
Because the matter is very complicated and difficult and I do not find any reason for that because the work is over and done
