"Sending Money Now" is greyed out.

So I confirmed my credit card with the paypal code that was sent.

I now want to send money with my credit card to an email address but the button "Send Money Now" is greyed out.

What could be the problem ?

Btw, I was able to buy on ebay and the transaction showed up in my activity.

Theres could be some missing or incorrect information provided, when you tried sending the money. Kindly check the information and try sending it again.

Thanks for your reply JD5261.

I checked your link:

- When I checked my email address it said it has to be confirmed by adding a 2nd email, which I did. And then the 2nd email is unconfirmed !!

   Why would I have to add more than one email anyway ?

- Since I want to pay with CC (preferred payment option) my balance is zero and I don't have a bank link.

- If my card is limited, where do I see the limitations, and how do I remove them ?

I tried again to send money and I get this screen:

When I check the "Send money now" button, nothing happens.

I honestly are clueless what to do now.
