If the confirmation process was initiated, the deposits would come through to your bank as long as your bank is willing to display the small payments in your online banking. In very rare circumstances, a bank will reject the deposits. If this occurred, the bank will not be able to be confirmed for use with PayPal.
There's also the possibility that the bank combined the deposits into one amount. If you see one deposit from PayPal, this may have happened. There should be an option to enter a lump sum amount during the confirmation but if not contact your bank and request them to check how the deposits arrived ie the 2 numbers before combining.
