Why is my credit balance the same after making a payment? The payment was made, but not deducted from the balance.

Was it deducted from another linked funding source?
Yes. It was deducted from my checking account and Paypal activity shows receipt of the transfer.
If you paid from your bank account then that would not change your paypal balance as it wasn't funded from there !!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
