Is there anywhere I can go to see funds that are being held or unavailable? Last night my balance was ~$480... today someone on ebay requests to return a $75 order, now my balance is $311??? I see no new cases or return requests open. So why did my account go down $170??? If you add up all transactions since my last transfer it adds up to $480
Nope, havent purchased a thing not even a shipping label.... only thing that has occurred between when I had 480 and went to 311 was someone request a return on eBay..... I'm concerned people are possibly doing credit card charge backs and I'm not getting any kind of notice... especially with all the recent eBay sales and people checking out as guests.
