PayPal Community

This is in regards to the company I work for... the paypal account associated with our online sore has been hacked. We have an email from 90 minutes ago stating an email address had been added to our account, we do NOT recognize this email.   Currently we CANNOT log in and the 3 email's we had associated with the account have been removed from the account.   We had $20,000+ in the account, and all we can find is the standard paypal phone number with a 50 minute wait time... is there a better way for a business to get into contact with paypal??? ... Is there anywhere I can go to see funds that are being held or unavailable? Last night my balance was ~$480... today someone on ebay requests to return a $75 order, now my balance is $311??? I received the 1099k notice in my email more than 45 days ago. I still have yet to receive anything in the mail? Anyone have this happen? Should I be patient or call in for a new one? The email clearly stated that I was receiving a paper copy in the mail. ... View more
