Android PayPal App has no way to transfer?

Hi All,

I'm sure I've been able to transfer / withdraw money from the PayPal Android App before, but the options are no longer available on my phone. I have Send (to email address) Request (from email address) but no way to withdraw to my own bank account. The option is still there on the browser interface, so I'm sorted now, but can't work out why that function has been removed from the mobile App. Has anyone else had this?

I’m guessing this is a known issue? Or is it just a bug? This is also happening on iOS app.
