I wanted to transfer money from one bank card to another, my money was withdrawn, I got an error and returned the money, but they did not come to my card

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Sorry to hear you're running into some issues with that transfer. Just as some friendly guidance, PayPal isn't really designed to transfer money between your own bank cards if that's what you were trying to do. However, in regard to your refund going back to your card, that can take upward around 3-4 business days (at the very most 30 days). If you don't see it within a business week, I do normally recommend reaching out to your financial institution or bank to look into the matter a bit further.
