I sent some money from my linked bank account to PayPal for the first time last night and although it is showing on my bank as left it isn't showing in my PayPal not even as pending

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the PayPal Community! When a transfer is initiated from the bank to PayPal, it can take 3-5 business days for the money to arrive to PayPal. You won't see the transaction listed within your PayPal activity because the money has to come from the bank first.
