I sold one guitar for 22k, have to ship it to China. The buyer has paid the full amount, however we have to lower the amount on the Airway Bill to avoid the 20% import duty.
My money is on hold and PayPal limited my account. I have to submit the AWB, it says 1,500USD and not 22,000USD, so the extremely intelligent folks at PayPal are confused and keep the money on hold and limited my account.
I haven't shipped the guitar out yet. Need certainty that PayPall will release the money.
How can I solve this?
