Account disabled, unable to transfer funds.

Hello, my account was disabled because I am not 18. I have waited 180 days for the email and received it, and it had practically no useful information. On the summary page of Paypal I can see a message that says "Money is waiting for you," then I click "Accept the money." I am then brought to a page where I can either transfer it to my bank account, keep it in Paypal (which is obviously not an option with my account being disabled), and get a check by mail. When I choose each of these options they always bring me to the same page saying "There's an issue with your account." I then click done and it brings me to a page where it says I don't have a linked bank account, when indeed I do, I have two. I have already emailed Paypal to no avail and called their customer service. Please comment on this with advice and any possible solutions, I feel like I've tried everything. Anything helps, thanks!

I have the same problem. I was sent money to get my medication for my HIV med which are $2000 and to pay my rent and was unable to retrieve it because they blocked me from transferring the funds into my card so i can pay my rent and get my medication which are running low.
