Hi, I accidentally made a deposit on an old inactive account. I made the account when I was underage, in 2016 I was told I should make a new account and I’ve used that one without any problems.
Apparently I could still login on the inactive account and make a deposit, but that never arrived on the account even though it got written off from my bank account.
Customer service doesn't exist in my country, the phone number is disconnected, no chat service, no email address, etc., so I don't know where to look for help.
