About payment

I sent money to a friend; however, my friend did not receive nor did they receive a notification to accept the money. And I already made sure that I sent it to the right person. So what can I do?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member! 

 

Please ensure the payment status shows as "Completed" on your PayPal account. If the transaction shows as completed, and the recipient is unable to see the payment in their PayPal account, please ask them to contact PayPal directly.
