I used a local ATM to withdraw funds from my PayPal account balance. The atm did not follow through with my request by giving me my money and stated the machine had a terminal error. The debit still was withdrawn from my PayPal balance. The owner of the ATM says the atm balance is correct and it’s up to PayPal to refund the amount Back into my account. Has anyone ever had this happen? Thank you for any help !
