A money transfer from Tunecore keeps sending me the same error.

Hi,

In the past I've been able to withdraw money from Tunecore to my PayPal account without any problem, but this week keeps getting me the same message:

Rollback of Paypal Payment: Paypal funds transfer to: *account mail*.

Any ideas? Tunecore says problem is on PayPal side.

I figured out switching to payoneer works better, and their fees/cuts are lower aswell as the time to transfer

I'm sorry that a transfer to your account from this website is not working. The error message provided appears to be generic one that the site you're transferring from provides. Some of the possible problems are that you may have a limitation on your PayPal account, or there might be risk associated with the transaction that is causing the system to block it.

Please log in to your PayPal account from a browser and see if there's any messaging that indicates that there's something to resolve in the Resolution Center. If there's no messaging there, the best bet is to wait at least a day if not more, and then try the transaction again.

I’m having the same issue. The issue about the Rollback Notice is shown in our Tunecore account. This has never happened in years on this account. We have dual Tunecore accounts based on artists. I guess I will look into Payoneer!!

Yes this is what im doing aswell, multiple tunecore accounts for splits. The issue is def on Paypal here, as payoneer works flawlessly doing the same thing.

Did Payoneer work for you?  Tunecore does not give me an option to add any other means of withdrawing.
This is really stupid!  I have tried to withdrawal money several times and it just gets put back into my tunecore account.

Can't even request a check or add any other means of withdrawing money
