Uh, sir, we are volunteers.  Employees are the ones with the "Moderator" badge and PayPal logo next to their screen names.  Get your **** right. I'm certainly not getting paid by PayPal. 

PayPal security and risk management system can produce false positive unfortunately.  If you have a problem take it to the authorities.

Buddy you are in the wrong place to receive solid unbiased legally correct info. Do your reasearch. It's out there. Like you, I refuse to kissy kissy in order to be treated right. Integrity matters.

i give spanish lessons online.  make less than a thousand dollars a month.  they close my account accusing me of selling porn.  God forbid a **bleep** make money cause the white man automatically thinks the worst.  i ask them for proof they dont have any.  of course they dont, cause it wont exist if im not selling porn.  most likely one of the 3 customers i have does pay for porn with paypal and for some reason suspend me.  but i ask my 3 customers if their account is ok, and of course, they are not suspended at all.
