Thank you for your notification, I want to know what is PayPal’s policy the merchant's side of sending notification regarding confirmation of orders from PayPal customers, and sending shipping and tracking . I responded to a Survey from PayPal, that you send just about 'right amount’ of communication with your users and account holders. Please advise….. with the recent string of natural disasters,’harvey,Irma for example, disruptions and adjustments become necessary. What therefore, can I reasonably expect in 'terms of notifications regarding the merchant/vendors response to keeping me informed and others like me who have placed orders before the hurricanes.
