Payment hasn't been receive after 8 days

Hi beautiful community.

I am basically selling (as a private person) items through ebay. It was everything smooth until last week.

After the item sale on ebay, I can see that the payment has been carried out through ebay. However I don't see the payment on my paypal account.

Can someone provide some suggestion and/or clarification?

is there any chance through ebay, I can see where the payment come from?

I am looking forward to hearing some response.

Firstly do this....


Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then you need to change it DURING the listing process next time you list an item for sale.
