Where is the multyi-order shipping tool?? This new layout is awful

Hiw di you find the multi order shipping tool??  This new layout is horrible I can't find what I need!!

Depending on the type of account you have, the views can be slightly different.  Here's one way.

For example, if you have a Business Account, when you log in, the top of the landing page may look like this:

Click on the icon that has the 3 bars (right side of screen)

You should then see something like this:

Click on Tools.

Under Manage your Business, you should see an icon for MultiOrder Shipping - click on that icon - the rest is straight forward as before.

I don't have a business account but I do sell things several times a month. How can I access this? I can't find it since the website has been updated. Thank you!

I am pretty annoyed too. Apparently, someone didn't do a proper study on users. Just because I don't have a "business account" doesn't mean I don't use the shipping too a LOT!

Hi all!

Snowshoe is totally right for finding Multi-order in the new business account. 🙂 An even easier shortcut to get there is (once you've logged in) to go to www.paypal.com/mos. This will take you directly to multi-order shipping.

What if you don't have a business account?  I used to be able to use this without a business account.

Copy and paste it to your web browser, then hit "enter", you will get a PayPal Login Screen.
