Re: Customer Service

How do you suggest doing what you describe if you live in parts of USA where there aren't any reputable stores? Most do not stock or even can order many items people want, but you can buy from john, Joe, Mary, or companies from other parts of the world. Unless you live a very boring, and stagnant life, you can avoid these problems. However, if you are a musician, fisherman, hobbyist of all types, and so may other popular things that require purchases from people and places NOT in your list of companies or ideas of how life should be to save such problems. I envy your banality. I wish I could be a boring, as simple, as someone who thinks they have such a simple answer while questioning the rest of us for doing what you seem to think is stupid. Yet, it is obvious to me that your lack of knowledge of much more than cornflakes and the local hardware store and other such banal and easily accessible things for those who live near such places as a Mall, or in places like NYC where EVERYTHING is easily and readily accessible to check out before buying. I grew up in NJ and COULD do as you wrote. But in 2001 I moved to central Florida and much to my shock...they have NOTHING here! No big stores except Walmart Walgreens Best Buy. Would anyone with half a brain expect expert customer service if you want answers to technical questions in any of these places? My suggestion to you is to learn about the country and what it's like to live in the majority of locations across this country where online shopping is the ONLY choice.
