Well, i've had so man interactions with paypal and its such a disapointment that this company is not fair in several rights. let me give you a breif bit of information about me, well my name is Jeremiah and i'm a web developer and i sell websites as you would see if im using this service. Well i recent sold a big project to a client and after they recieved the website and such they waited a month and 2 weeks to make a CLAIM saying they didn't get the product/service and do that I'm confused now this is blatent and obvious that they're abusing/manipulating paypals system since they KNOW i guess that paypal has BUYER protection and no SELLER protection on such. So i've been wasting my time trying to win these cases when i physically can't as it states here (https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/seller-protection) that "Intangible purchases like services, digital goods, etc." so basically I lost doesnt matter. I've provided paypal email logs of him recieving the files, I've provided them with email conversations with him, I've even provided an invoice me and him got when i do my transactions to confirm all this. And well I assume you get where im going with this I lost the case even thought i provided ALL the evidence of him recieving it and him opening a case a month and 2 weeks later (when this is already sketchy). So as of now the case is still open but if i l ose this case I will no longer be using paypal as my payment options since they dont care about us and let people get away with fraud.
