Feedback on interaction between Paypal proper website and the bank that issues the Mastercard

A few points of feedback.
1. First, I tried to do this by email through the Paypal website, but although I can choose Paypal Cards and get an option for the Mastercard, every single topic says I have to call their customer service number, so there is no way to interact via email for providing feedback or something not urgent enough to require a phone call.
2. When I click on the links to look at my Mastercard statement or 'Make a payment', they take me to the bank's page in the same tab/window. I think they should open in a new window by default (target='blank'). I can make the bank's page open in a new tab, but I think it should be default behavior.
3. When I log out of the bank's website, it logs me out of Paypal proper as well. I don't think it should do that. My Paypal account is set so I have to receive a text message on EVERY login attempt, so being logged out of Paypal proper when I don't want or expect to be is annoying.
4. I think I should be able to designate a computer as "trusted", at least for a period of time, maybe 30 days, and not HAVE to do the "send me a text" message every single time from that computer until it is time to reverify it. I like the extra security, but it can get pretty annoying.
