Im not seeking any type of advice here. I just wanted to give my review and be done with this awful company. I received some of the worst service from two people who work for this claims department. I will not use this site again. Employees should thoroughly explain the Fraud, refund and credit process! There should be no reason, why I have to pay PAYPAL for a fraudulent charges, which the PAYPAL themselves said it was fraudulent but STIILL take the money out of my account because they need to recoup funds. If I wasn't responsible for the first charges, what makes you think that I should pay you guys AGAIN because you lost money. That is not my fault. The claims supervisior "Anthony" with Irish accent and his flunky need to be re-trained in how to speak with costumers. Hurry up and closes my cases so I can really be done with you guys!
