Paypal is not taking responsibility for thei security hole, user experience design flaw. I am waiting and waiting to hear from them. They are resolving my issue. They are putting me on hold for hours. I never held phone for 3 hours straight. Is there any lawyer collecting case against Paypal? Please contact me: <removed>

hey if youre unable to afford a lawyer- sand your not suing for loss of life etc- you can apply to th e Supreme Court in Canada or copetent Court where you are- A judge in the United States has akready ruled that PayPal POLICY is redicolous and qauashed they indemnity clause- hes also ruled that  PAYPAL "dispute resolution" process is laughable and almost 90% of the time geared towards the buyer -swhatever your security issue is if youre out money, what i ddi was send a legal demand letter (you can find a template on line) they MUST accept is as delivered if your Country allows serive by email and accepts "considered signed when sent electronically" THey then have to froward to their leal dept and their legal staff has a sort window to respond, if not satified take it to court. I sent them  loads of legal demands and each time i got a reply about the dispute resolution cut and pasted by lazy customer service reps. And my dispute is with them, PayPal believed their wording on the contract nullifies our rights to consumer protection. But many of the courts have said, if its good for the Goose its good for the Gander- simply meaning that if they reserve the right to cnacel the cotact due to policy violation then so do I, and so do you- i hav them on several Policy violations, so im canceling he contract, and if they want the money they can sue em- and ive got months of paperwork showing that I attempted to resolve it and got the same response everytime - cut and pasted.
