Feedback on new Packing Slip format

Please restore the old Packing Slip format, and please ask your community for feedback before making changes like this... so many obvious flaws.

The new packing slip is awful.  Unable to understand why you want to change something that isn't broken.

Many many issues with new Packing Slip!!

1. You need a magnifying glass to read the print.

2. The "Quantity" column is too big and the "Description" column is too small.

3. The customer's EBAY ID name is no longer on the Packing Slip.

4. The "Ship To" name does not always match the shipping label printed on EBAY.

5.  The "Back" feature does not work.  I do like the "Print" feature being at the top of the page though.

6. Why is it now a half sheet with the little scissors emblem? Larger sellers are not going to have time to cut every Packing Slip that is printed. And, what do you expect them to do with the other half sheet of paper?

I agree with the comment that PayPal should have large, medium, and small customers test out changes that are being contemplated PRIOR to releasing them live. I want to go back to the old format until some of these problems are fixed. How can I do this?

You can make a formal request through customer support like I did. Here is the response I got:

I completely understand what you are saying. All of our polices and systems are suspect to change.  This is the intended functionality of the packing slip and will remain unchanged until further notice.  I do appreciate your input as the teams that make these decisions will take this information to consideration if there is an ongoing dislike for the change.

So much for community feedback. "We're always around if you need us" as long as you don't want us to actually do anything.

Horrible format on new packing slip. Why change something that works?

Just found a new issue - the "Send To" name is actually the person who paid for the item - NOT the person that it is to be shipped to. EBAY makes us send to the address given at time of payment - that is the name they want on the shipping label. If PayPal is printing a different name on the Packing Slip is there a chance they will not honor the seller coverage if the names are different? Hopefully, this is not a scam for PayPal to try to get out of paying if there is a problem!!

I am very upset by this change too! I cannot read the tiny text in order to fill my orders. I can see my employees making mistakes because they can't ready the tiny print. We will never cut the sheet so it's a waste of my ink to print that cut line graphic. I want the old packing list back again please!!!!!!! This new one looks like something out of the old DOS days, just horrible. I am embarrassed enclosing this slip with my orders but am not going to go to my accounting system to print packing slips, it would take forever to fill orders. 

Once again PayPal is making using their product difficult to use for larger businesses. First the classic view is changed (luckly mine is stuck on it for now), then they change the shipping screen in the past few weeks, now I have to hit the browser back button several times to get back to the home screen without switching out of classic. And that stupid Capital Loan balony taking up my screens, wasting my time at login. Come on PayPal, this is just nuts I pay you a monthly fee and hundreds of dollars in commissions for all this balony.

The day you switch my "classic" view is the day I go somewhere else.

It is really bad. 

If they want to actually improve it, they should go back to the old one and add the Paypal Payment Date, which is something it never had.

Sorry, but your efforts failed in trying to improve the PayPal packing slip format.  The print is too small, it needs to be re-sized so that it will print properly without cutting off the top (this makes the print even smaller), it has no pizazz and looks very plain (should have at least the blue PayPal wording up top), etc.  Please go back to the other format as it looks/works just fine.  Thanks for listening.
