In short no, both square and paypal here is completely useless because they promote mobility but dont support a mobile printer all the printers available require AC power.  I'm going back to using the nurit

I use my printer and I just take my Black & Decker Auto charger which isn't very big and it has a 110 out plug and it holds a charge for the whole day, plus I can also plug my computer into it to. they are not very expensive under a $100.00 and you use a regular extension cord to recharge it. this night be something you might want to check into.

Is PayPal Here going to support S3 any time soon?

I just got a Galaxy S3 also and now I can't use my swiper or download the Paypal here app. Looks like I'm switching to Square or Intuit Gopayment. Paypal leaves me no choice. Taking credit cards is a major part of my business to get paid.

Can a PayPal rep please comment and let us know when this will happen or even if it will happen at all? The whoe "Encryption" excuse is not a good one. Seeing as how there is at least 6 MAJOR brands and companies that provide the same service that works with ALL Android phones...

There is no point to the encryption at all and I am not sure I even believe its the real issue. I mean becouse the paypal app allows you to Key In or even Take Pictures of the customers credit card to fill the CC Fields but the Scanner doesnt? Kinda crazy.

I honestly need to KNOW if you will support the S3 since it IS the TOP android phone and it is on ALL major wireless networks... If paypal has no ETA or a real answer then I will have to switch back to the other carriers who dont have ISSUES like this.

I would like an answer to this question also . I bought this phone a month ago and there. This phone has been out for over 2 months now and there is no APP for it yet . It looks like I may also dump paypal if they can't get it together.

Guess it's my bad.

I upgraded from a droid X so I COULD use a swiper but jokes on me! It takes them a LOOONG time to modify an app 😞

I, too, would like to have a more integrated experience between my Paypal acct. and PayPal Here.  In fact, it would be great to be able to create the inventory list on the website and utilize it on the device.

I just brought a new galaxy state of the art phone and my PayPal card reader won't work with it! When will this issue be resolved please.

Turns out they don't support the S3 at least.

They finally fixed it on Droid X AFTER I replaced it... UG!
