Customer Service.......

I'm sick and tired of this bull support waits and what i'm getting told. I am told that I will be responded within 24 hours and no one contacts me other than the automated messages and the telling my account is no longer under limitation or some stuff

 

So I send 4 more messages, wait a few days, nothing.

 

I get in touch with them on twitter. I wait about 6-7 hours, all right for customer support. The first message they ask me for my email so they can send a reply to my account, about a 12 hours later, no email. Next message I receive this:

 

'Hello there! Thank you for your response. I know that this situation can be very frustrating and I would like to see this addressed for you as soon as possible. I have escalated your concerns to a specialist who will be able to get back to you as soon as possible and will hopefully be able to provide further assistance.'

 

No email confirming support, no message on my PayPal Support Centre

 

This is a nightmare, this should be a walk in the park.

 

I'm sick of it.
