A very very very frustrating experience with the Paypal compliance team that have no provided and resolution or assitance for weeks. Put a hold on our account and no feedback even after submitting all neccessary documents, over a dozen phone calls to customer service (on hold for over 30 minutes each time) just to be given same reasoning that compliance will "review the matter".
Where is the customer service and the attention of the compliance team?!
Pretty HORRENDOUS customer experience so far.
