My account was put on hold until I verified my address and uploaded a copy of my drivers license. I uploaded both documents ask asked on 2/11/18. It still says they are being reviewed several weeks later. This time frame is absolutely ridiculous, I can understand a week but NOT SIX! I have sent feedback, but again no response. What do I need to do to get access to my account so I can receive the pending transaction I have had on my account for several weeks.
