Not sure if this is the place to leave suggestions to PayPal but I couldn't find that feedback option elsewhere.
I live in Switzerland but since my spoken German is limited at this point anytime I need to call customer support very rarely there are representatives that speak English. I have to be transferred from one line to another like a bouncing ball until finally theyconnect me with someone who has some grasp of English and is willing to use it.
This obviously is costly for me in terms of money and time spent waiting on the line.
This is surprises me from a company that operates globally.
My suggestion is to open an English support line for Europe or hire support team members that can have a basic understanding of the English language and do not refuse to speak it which is the perception I get when I politely ask them to use English.
